The much appreciated and applauded diva Hareem Farooq took up a challenge for herself and managed to lose up to 30 Kilograms over a time of two years. The slow and steady wins the race!

The fine actress believed that her weight has nothing at all to do with her talent on screen, since she was 19 and gained baby fat, she started to shift to a whole natural and organic diet. She has been highly focused on health rather than being overly conscious about weight, and truly, she looks ravishing and confident in everything she wears. She did not believe in making herself go through these torturous diets and ‘temporary boot camps’ as she says.
Green veggies are her favorite and she takes a protein rich diet. Her workout routine consists usually of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and cardio. She kicks off her day with a cup of coffee and if she’s not in a hurry, she prefers to make herself an omelet or a fruit.
Hareem starred in a recent movie called “Parchi” that released in early January 2018 and stunned everyone with her incredible performance. The movie was a big hit with a 7/10 score rating on IMBD.
