• ½ kg boiled chicken (boneless)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 medium carrot
  • 1/2 medium cubed capsicum ( green pepper)
  • 3 pinches salt
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 cup peas (optional)
  • 10 chopped red beans
  • 1 can of sliced pineapple
  • 2 pinches black pepper
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup fresh cream
  • 2 small size apple
  • 2 boiled potatoes


Take a clean neat fruit bowl and cut all the fruits and vegetables in it. Add the boiled vegetables and also add shredded boiled chicken to the bowl. Now add cream and mix it well. After this add salt and pepper according to your taste. Then add beans to the bowl along with the pineapple. Finally do the topping with mayonnaise and add a little milk if you think it is a little thick.
