Proteins are very important for your body when you are on especially. On diet one usually avoids fried food but craves for it badly. So here is a recipe for you all to follow.



  1. Chicken strips/boneless
  2. 1 packet bread crumbs
  3. Garlic powder
  4. Black pepper
  5. 3 eggs
  6. Buttermilk
  7.  Salt
  8. Tikka Masala


  1. Mustard
  2. BBQ sauce
  3. Honey
  4. Mayonnaise


Preheat the oven to 450, in a neat and clean bowl mix garlic powder, bread crumbs, salt and pepper (according to your taste) and Tikka Masala if you want  In another bowl mix buttermilk and 3 eggs. Dip the chicken strips to the bowl and then coat them with the bread crumbs mixture you made. After this prepared a baking sheet and let the chicken to become golden brown. For dip sauce mix all the sauces and serve the chicken with the dip sauce!
