Ingredients

  • 1 packet of penne pasta
  • 4 tbsp blue band or any butter
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp mixed herbs
  • 1kg boneless chicken
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 packets of Milk Pak cream
  • 2 Capsicum
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion
  • Olive oil

Method:

First of all boil the pasta and then after it is boiled let it dry and keep it aside.  Then melt ¼ of the Blue band in a pan on medium heat. Add 1 onion and the capsicum to it and fry them for 2 mins. In another pan add olive oil and the ¾ of the butter add the chopped garlic and the chicken. Let the chicken fry on low flame. Now add the 2 packets of cream and 1 cup of milk gradually and stir it on a low flame. Then add salt, black pepper and paprika to taste. Also add 3tbsp of mix herbs. Finally add the pasta and the vegetables. Stir it so the pasta is covered with the white sauce. 6- Then add the in the milk. At last present it in a neat clean dish! ENJOY
