Watermelon Mint
Benefits:
- This refreshing drink is a thirst quencher as well as an immunity booster.
- Watermelon is rich in arginine and vitamin C and is helpful in keeping the body hydrated with its water content.
- It also contains citrulline, magnesium and vitamin A to keep the blood vessels supple and wide.
How to make it:
Blend one cup of watermelon with a few mint leaves. Add a pinch of pink salt.
Ginger Tea
Benefits:

How to make it:
Take one-inch-long ginger root. Cut it into pieces. Boil it in two cups of water. Add one small cinnamon stick and two cloves. Simmer for 5-7 minutes till it evaporates to one cup only. Strain and drink up. Add honey or lemon if preferred. You can consume this twice daily.
Sumac Lemonade
Benefits:
Sumac is a powerful anti-inflammatory Mediterranean spice which reduces inflammation.
How to make it:
Make lemonade with 4-6 lemons and water. Add 1/2 pinch of turmeric, Add 2 pinches ground sumac.
Add to food: If you don’t want to have the lemonade, add 2 pinches of sumac spice to your food.
Needless to say, add more yogurt, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds to your diet to build immunity and avoid sugar, fried food and processed foods.
