Acne is the most common skin problem and it is not gender biased!

1 – Apply Apple Cider Vinegar

The vinegar has the ability to fight bacteria and viruses of all kinds. Also it will make your skin oil free and this will help prevent acne. Take one tea spoon of the vinegar and three teaspoon of water, mix them well and with the help of the cotton ball apply it to your face. After 10-15 minutes rinse it with water.

2 – Apply Green Tea

Green tea had good amounts of antioxidants and drinking green tea promotes good health overall. To get rid of pimples, make the green tea as in boil some leaves in water. After this let the green tea cool then with help of cotton or spray bottle apply it to your face.

3 – Aloevera Gel

Take fresh aloe vera gel from the plant and apply it directly on your face. Let it dry for about 15 minutes and then rinse with water. Aloe vera not only reduces acne but also removes the blemishes and acne scars.

4 -Take Zinc Supplement

It is believed that people with more acne are deficient of Zinc. Make sure you take a supplement advised by your doctor or otherwise Surbex- Z.

5 – Stop Using Sub Standard Creams and Make up Products

Only use the products that suit your skin and if there is any sort of irritation while using products then stop using them.
