  • 2 eggs
  • 2 bran/white bread toasts
  • 1 cup of boiled beans
  • 1 tomato (optional)
  • Bacon or chicken strips (optional)


First of all set the platter, add baked/fresh tomatoes to the sides of the platter. Now fry the two eggs according to your choice and then add them to the platter. Next, add the boiled beans to the pan and cook them by adding a little water, butter and salt and pepper. Then you can add them to the platter at one side. If you want bacon or chicken strip in the platter you can bake them for 10 minutes and then place them in the dish. Your breakfast is ready!
