What’s B 12?
Methyl Cobalamin (MeCbl), the activated form of vitamin B12, has been used to treat some nutritional diseases and other diseases in clinic, such as Alzheimer’s disease and rheumatoid arthritis.

- Fish and shellfish such as trout, salmon, tuna fish, and clams
- Fortified breakfast cereal
- Low-fat milk, yogurt, and cheese
- Eggs
