INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Cucumber (chopped)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- Coriander chutney (3 tbsp)
- Lemon Juice (2 tsp)
- Black pepper and cumin powder to taste
- 3 cups of boiled Chickpeas (white chaney)
Method:
In a bowl, mix chickpeas with all three vegetables (cucumber, onion and tomato). Then add lemon juice and leave it for 2 mins. After this add the coriander chutney 3 tablespoon and then add black pepper and cumin powder according to your taste.
