INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cucumber (chopped)
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tomato (chopped)
  • Coriander chutney (3 tbsp)
  • Lemon Juice (2 tsp)
  • Black pepper and cumin powder to taste
  • 3 cups of boiled Chickpeas (white chaney)

Method:

In a bowl, mix chickpeas with all three vegetables (cucumber, onion and tomato). Then add lemon juice and leave it for 2 mins. After this add the coriander chutney 3 tablespoon and then add black pepper and cumin powder according to your taste.
